Refunds and Cancellations
Once placed, the contents of an order cannot be changed. Orders can be cancelled up to 2 days after being placed. Full refunds will only be issued if all products are returned in fair condition.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 days through USPS First Class Mail. Orders including Made to Order items may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed/shipped.
Preorders
Preorders are taken before the product is manufactured in order to help judge the demand for a product. Preordered products may take 1-2 weeks to be processed and manufactured (will vary depending on supply shipments) before shipping.
